Dr. Gettings provides in depth wellness consultations with a full assessment of your biological systems. She ensures that you understand the results of all biological tests and screens. Although her focus is brain health she evaluates all biological systems that may need to be addressed. While equipping you with the knowledge needed to advocate for treatment planning with your outside providers. She is determined to raise your health literacy IQ and knowledge of your state of health.
SPECT Consultation
SPECT is a functional brain imaging tool that provides a deeper look into brain activity. A SPECT evaluation includes SPECT brain imaging, Conner's performance test ( tool to evaluate one's ability to focus), and Total Brain Assessment (tool that evaluates short-term memory, long-term memory, focus, processing speed, and several other measures. With 10 locations nationally, there is an AMEN clinic near you that can be accessed for brain imaging. Dr. Gettings then reviews all of your results with you in a 2 hour recorded telehealth evaluation. Following the evaluation Dr. Gettings equips you with a detailed treatment plan that commonly includes functional lab testing, specific therapy modality recommendations, pharmacogenetic testing, and nutraceuticals.
